We recommend checking in after 4:00 PM . Please note that the previous guest will have vacated the room by 12:00 PM, after which the room will need to be cleaned, reconditioned, and disinfected. Therefore, we cannot guarantee entry to the hotel before 2:00 PM.
As you may have heard , the Spanish Ministry of the Interior is requesting the data of people who will be staying in hospitality establishments. This is due to compliance with the new regulations regarding the 2024 traveler's report (Royal Decree 933/2021), which came into force on December 2, 2024, on traveler registration books and entry forms for hospitality establishments and other similar establishments, regarding the document registration obligations.
All guests (regardless of age) who will be staying at the hotel must present their ID/passport at the reception desk. If traveling with children who do not have ID, please bring their family record book. For children under fourteen, their information will be provided by the adult they are accompanying.
CANCELLATION POLICY DURING YOUR STAY
If you check out early during your stay, 50% of the cancelled nights will be charged, with a minimum of 1 night.
DINING ROOM SERVICE
The hotel does not offer lunch or dinner service.
CONDITIONS ON CHILDREN AND BABIES
If you are traveling with children and/or infants, please inform the hotel when making your reservation. Please note that the hotel does not offer free dining services for children and/or infants. Likewise, all children over 3 years of age staying at the hotel must receive the same meal plan as the rest of the room occupants.
Children are considered to be those up to 8 years old.
It is necessary to indicate in the reservation that you are traveling with a baby (even if the baby is not provided). Guests must bring a travel crib, as the hotel does not provide cribs.

PARKING
At Hotel Torre Cristina, we want to make parking as easy as possible during your stay.
Please note that the hotel has limited outdoor parking and limited parking cards (with cash deposit) for parking in the blue zone near the hotel.
Upon arrival at the hotel, you can choose one of the two options depending on availability or the hotel's needs at the time. No reservations or credit cards are accepted.
Both options are free, but you can only choose one of the two (if available) for your stay. If you choose the card, you won't be able to park in the parking lot, and if you choose the parking lot, you won't be able to obtain a card for the blue zone. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine.
You must provide your registration number for parking management.
We also have covered parking located 200 meters from the hotel. This service costs €10 per day, including VAT. Advance reservation is required for this service and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any requests you make at the time of booking (double bed, shower, upstairs, etc.) will be taken into account. However, these requests are subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel.
